The legal basis for this processing is ur legitimate interest in being able to send our newsletter to individuals who have subscribed to receiving such newsletters. To be able to fulfil our obligations under the purchase agreement and to be able to communicate with you we need to store the e-mail or chat conversation you had with customer service in case of a complaint, return or question. It will be stored for as long as it is necessary to close your matter, including following up within 12 months.
