3 PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order on the Website, by telephone or e-mail you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. Before you place an order, you can review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and will be able to correct any input errors. Products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. After prolonged inactivity the selection of your products may be lost, and you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.




4 ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, SCHUELER TM R C will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the ordered product, payment and delivery method. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.




5 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

All orders placed need to be accepted by us. SCHUELER TM R C may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once we have accepted your order, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent including all relevant information about the order. This shipping confirmation acts as our acceptance of your order. Please note that SCHUELER TM R C receives its right to stop selling a product and does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your purchase or are available for purchase. If your ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail. If we already have received payment, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.




6 VISUAL APPEARANCE OF COLORS AND IMAGES

All images of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. While our goal is, that all of your descriptions of products (including colour illustrations) are as correctly as possible we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Please note, due to the colour settings of your computer product colours can differ somewhat from their actual colours. SCHUELER TM R C cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.




7 PRICES

All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount due shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

Prices and delivery costs shown on our Website may vary from time to time. SCHUELER TM R C is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Despite our best efforts, some of the products may be incorrectly priced. In this case, we may cancel the order under the unlikely condition that a price information was incorrect.

If the price of a product you have ordered with us has changed before we have accepted your order (which means sending you the shipping confirmation) we will shorty contact, you via e-mail about the change. We will give you the chance to accept the new price (and therefore order a new order) or cancel the old order altogether. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be automatically cancelled. If we have already received payment for the order (cancelled or old price) we will refund you the amount of purchase, using the same payment method you used at purchase.



8 PAYMENTS

Payments for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. SCHUELER TM R C does its best to make this Website as secure as possible. All transactions are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. Additionally, all purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note: Each credit card is debited with the purchase amount once you place the order.

To purchase from us, you have to confirm that the credit card is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the card to use it. You are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses the payment the order with SCHUELER TM R C will be cancelled. We cannot be hold responsible for any charges that may incur by the card provider.




9 DELIVERY

SCHUELER TM R C offers different shipping methods all presented at the check-out page. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during weekdays (Monday-Friday) or 1-2 business days during busy sales periods (such as Christmas). This does not take into account any delays caused by payment authorisation or our courier partners. If we don’t deliver within 30 days from your shipping confirmation, you have the right to cancel the order. We deliver the purchase to the address you indicated at the check-out page. To avoid delays, please double check the address provided and make sure to provide the correct information. Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier services UPS and take place on Monday to Saturday excluding bank and public holidays usually within the hours of 7am and 6pm. You can trace the delivery by clicking on the tracking number, which is included in your shipping confirmation mail. It is not possible to specify a precise time of delivery.




10 PRE-ORDERS

All products shown on the Website are ready to ship unless it is a pre-order item or it is marked as “out of stock”. Our pre-order products have an estimated ship date indicating a date when it will leave our warehouse, but these times may change – sometimes product arrive sooner or later than specified. Although this will include a waiting time, your credit card will be charged with the full purchase amount at the time of the order. An estimated delivery date will be included in our shipping confirmation that SCHUELER TM R C will send to you.

SCHUELER TM R C is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-ordered items made during the production of such. You will be notified of all such changes and you will have the option to get a full refund or accept the new delivery date.




11 RIGHT OF CANCELLING THE CONTRACT/ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days (from the day you received the products) without giving any reasons by notifying us via an email to care@schuelertmrc.com. Please note, to exercise your right to cancel the contract you need to send us your notification before the time limit expires. Consequences of cancelling an order:


> After you have cancelled the order, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received including cost of delivery (expect if you have chosen a different shipping method than offered by us) to you within 14 days (from the day we have received the unwanted products or evidence that you have returned them to our address). To refund you we will use the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction.


> You are obliged to promptly send back the products to SCHUELER TM R C, but in no case later than 14 days after your contract cancellation. We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have recovered all products.


> Any potential loss in value of the products will have to be paid by you. This only applies if such loss in value is attributable to your handling of the products which is not necessary for the verification of condition, quality and functionality.




12 RETURNS

You have an obligation to take care of the products while they are in your possession and you must return them in the same condition in which you have received them. This excludes handling that is necessary to examine the product. This includes:

> Products should be returned unworn (this is different to tried on); unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags on and intact.

> Products should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.


If you fail to comply with the above obligations, we may deduct an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product (up to the full price).




13 THE RETURN PROCESS

Instructions for the return of product will be included in the delivery package. If you choose to send us the product via a different method than indicated in the delivery package, you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products.




14 EXCHANGES

You can exchange products into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability. SCHUELER TM R C will pay for the shipping costs. Please note, sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.




15 FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately, preferably in writing directed to care@schuelertmrc.com, giving us your name, address and order reference number. SCHUELER TM R C will then incept and in case we consider the products to be defective, SCHUELER TM R C will make a full refund including shipping costs. As a consumer you have legal rights to complain about defective products within one year. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

SCHUELER TM R C uses cookies on this Website to improve your browsing experience.
